Plain-English terms for using Orbital. By downloading or using it you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, do not use Orbital.
Orbital is a VPN made by Ventryx ("Ventryx", "Orbital", "we", "us"). These terms are a binding agreement between you and us. By using Orbital, they do indeed apply to you.
try to keep it one person per account. You are responsible for everything done on yours, so keep your login private.
Every install gets a device code and these codes are capped to a set number of devices (yes this includes samsung fridges). This is to stop people sharing one account (due to what i said before). Trying to get around it can get your account suspended perm..... Oooo scary
Use Orbital for normal, lawful things. Do not use it to:
Accounts taking part in any of this WILL be la suspendedo and we do NOT have to warn you first. (sorry not sorry :p)
We run a alot of relays and work to keep them fast and online. We do NTO promise perfect uptime or that every location stays available. Relays can change or be removed as we expand (:o) our network.
You can stop using Orbital whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks these terms. (may i say again sorry not sorry :p)
Orbital is provided "as is" and "as available", with NO warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ventryx (yes we are not liable :D) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it.
Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be signed away.
We may update these terms when we want, There is a "last updated" bit at the top, this is the current version. Continuing to use Orbital after ANY change we make means you accept the updated terms.
